Found the cable to be shorted out and out my Hero 3. Now Ill have to see if I can get a new go pro.

Garbage, didn't work when I received it.

Didn't work out of the box, can't recommend this thing as a simple cable should be working no problem. Go to eBay, you can buy cables there for very low cost and they actually work.

Forgot the case would not allow the plug so if your not using the GoPro case (clear plastic waterproof) this works fine.
