Holds firmly to window however swivel tripod mount needs to be modified

The mount is great, it holds super firmly to the windshield. My only gripe is that the swivel tripod mount can not be tightened enough to keep it from easily rocking back and forth. I went to the hardware store and replaced the little knob with a lock nut and washer, tightened it and voila, solid as a rock. Cost an extra 15cents for the lock nut but now it is solid as ever!

its just ok

I ordered this to put on the top of the car while going through the mountains.. but, they did not include the tripod mount for the gopro, so I could not use it. The only reason it got 2 stars was because the suction is pretty firm. Also, it was a bit wobbly and kinda cheap.
