Great Extension Pole

Just used my new telescoping extension pole on a recent fishing trip. Very sturdy and lightweight. Held my GoPro Hero3+ through rough choppy conditions! Used the extension pole in a wide variety of angles to capture some great videos. Would recommend this product for the avid boater and fisherman!

This is a cool idea, it''s light, compact and adjustable. Unfortunately it completely fails to hold the GoPro upright. Every single joint in this pole spins when the weight of the camera is added to the mount. It is impossible to keep the camera mounted upright at the end of the pole regardless of how far it's extended. It has a little more resistance to rotation with every segment fully extended, but not nearly enough. If your application will allow you to use this with the camera hanging upside down under the pole, you'll love it. Otherwise, go buy a painters pole and a GoPro seat post mount.
