Good with a caveat...

It does what it is supposed to (blocking wind) very effectively. It sticks to the back of the GoPro case very easily, and it will stay there for years. It works great in and around cars, and I've made plenty of use of it out doors in windy conditions.The only problem I have with it is that it muffles normal sounds and voices, and once this is on, it won't come off, so the windscreen won't be an optional addition between shoots, unless you get another standard open-hole backdoor. When editing the video, you can fix up the sound some to make it sound better, but that is one more step to the overall process.Don't count on using it for all your shots. Keep a standard backdoor around when not in windy conditions so you can get a good sound recording.

Works!

Just tried this on my motorcycle. It was able to block out a lot of wind noise, even at speeds approaching 100. Look forward to trying this on the track with it mounted outside the car.

The wind noise when using a GoPro HERO2 camera on a motorcycle is pretty bad unless you use a windscreen. I have found the Micover windscreen to be a good solution.here's a video made using the Micover:[...]
